In addition to Pilates Privates, we provide a wide range of Pilates group classes to meet your body's needs. Every class is designed to move your back & spine in all directions, give you reps to continue to strengthen and variety so your practice continues to deepen.
50 minutes
An excellent introduction to Pilates with basic reformer exercises to get you acquainted with the equipment and familiar with the exercises used to build your practice. A slower paced class with a big emphasis on form to help you get stronger, in better shape and more flexible. Even a Beginner class of Pilates is very challenging if done with proper form, which will also prepare you for harder and larger Pilates series in an Intermediate/Advance class. Some Pilates experience helpful, otherwise please see INTRO TO PILATES class instead.

A more challenging, faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment. In this class you will build your practice even further. The exercises are more difficult, with faster transitions and flow. This class can involve more kneeling, standing and balancing series.
*CLASS PREREQUISITE:
Clients should be injury free. Previous Pilates experience highly recommended.

A group Reformer Class that's right for everyone at all levels. Still with a big emphasis on Form, this class offers Progressions so it can be right for any BODY at any Level. Because our studio is more intimate and boutique we can adjust the Programming for the clients in the room, while emphasizing moves that are right for your body and Pilates Level. You can stay with the easiest part of a move or have the option to add even more challenge...depending on what's right for YOU!

A high intensity Reformer class combining cardio with Pilates exercises. A very fun, but intense class that will give you the “cardio workout” you are looking for. This is a HIGH INTENSITY class that gets your heart-rate bumping, your blood flowing and can burn up to 600-800 calories. By jumping up and down on the Reformer across gravity, there is less high-impact on for your knees, hips and joints than other cardio workouts, but you get all the results. *CLASS PREREQUISITE: Clients should be injury free. Previous Pilates experience highly recommended.

All the most delicious movements and series of Pilates. Think more "bend-y" more "stretch-y" to lengthen out from your more strenuous workouts during week. The session focuses more on back and hip care, ache & stiffness relief, at a more chill pace. An ideal class to shake off the week and get your body ready for the weekend.
